About Me

I am passionate about the role nutrition plays in improving lives. My mission is to help people achieve healthier relationships with food. I believe that there is no such thing as perfect eating, but instead an ability to learn healthy lifestyle behaviors that lead to nutritional wellness and an overall improved sense of well being.

As a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), I will partner with you to provide support and motivation to achieve your health and nutritional goals to ensure a healthier future. I use the latest scientific research in nutrition, behavior modification techniques, motivational interviewing as well as creative and out-of-the-box strategies to help with nutritional challenges such as meal planning, grocery shopping and mindful eating.

I am regularly requested to be a guest speaker on eating disorders and nutrition. Throughout my career, I have consulted at some of the top residential treatment centers to assist clients with their nutritional wellness.

It is my goal to be an educator, a support and a role model to my clients.

Whether you need a complete diet overhaul or you are looking to manage a medical condition, I am here to listen carefully so I can understand where you are right now with your nutrition, medical status and lifestyle and how I can help you to achieve your goals. My approach is never to be judgmental or to lecture.

Lifestyle changes

It is my job to help you set and achieve goals when you are ready. To achieve this we often need to take an approach that is flexible and tailored to what makes sense for your specific situation. Small changes can make a big difference over a lifetime.
